The Music Network Audience Development Strategy, Programme & Guidelines 2007 - 09 was developed in consultation with Partner Promoters, music institutions and other interested parties in late 2006. The resulting document details a programme that focuses on three key components: marketing, outreach & programming. Three Partner Promoters have recently participated in the Music Network Audience Development Pilot Projects: Tuar Ard Arts Centre, Moate, Co. Westmeath; St. John's Theatre & Arts Centre, Listowel, Co. Kerry and Mermaid Arts Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow. The pilot programme was evaluated independently and the following report details the outcomes of the pilot programme and provides recommendations for the progression of the Programme.
