Promoters are advised of touring artists and availability in January and September by means of emailed offer sheets containing artist details, programme, dates, and subsidised promoter fee.

Promoters can view the Artist Roster on our website. Periodically, emails will be sent to promoters, highlighting a particular artist/ensemble’s availability, special programme, etc

Booking process:

Once they have received the touring offer sheets, Promoters select their preferred artists and concert dates, and return the offer sheets to Music Network. Concert dates are allocated by Music Network, with every effort made to accommodate a promoter’s date preferences.

Booking process:

Promoters contact Music Network to book their selected artist from the Artist Roster, Music Network checks artist availability, liasing between promoter and artist until a suitable date is agreed. Music Network confirms the subsidised promoter fee.

Concert Confirmation:

Contracts are issued to the promoter.

A letter of agreement is issued to promoter.

Additional Information:

1. Music Network provides promoters with marketing and PR materials (posters, fliers, press releases) for each concert.
2. Music Network pays the full artist fee, flights, internal travel costs & accommodation.
3. Piano hire, where necessary, is available to promoters at a subsidised rate.
4. The number of concerts in any tour period is restricted. We aim to fill as many requests for dates as possible, within these limitations. Please note that the touring offer system is based on expressions of interest from promoters, and that an expression of interest does not constitute a booking. Music Network confirms all concert bookings in writing.
