The Classical Music Series was founded in 1987 and every January offers a programme of chamber music recitals, opera from Opera Theatre Company, and Orchestral Series featuring the Ulster Orchestra, the City of Derry Chamber Orchastra, and Guitar Plus in association with the university of Ulster at Magee which brings Flamenco, Jazz and Classical music together.

Flowerfield Local Authority arts centre including 150 seat auditorium programming this and other venues throughout the year, including a community arts festival in May/June. A Yamaha C3 and double bass are available for performers.
