Spring 2016 Highlights

Our Spring 2016 season brought exceptional groups and ensembles of Irish and international musicians to audiences across the country, reaching 23 towns and villages in 16 counties. This season also saw an increase of 80% in Learning & Participation activities hosted by our touring musicians, and an increase of 46% in the number of participants, with workshops, seminars and masterclasses held in 14 towns in 12 counties.

News Round Up: Le Vent du Nord May Tour

In May 2016 French-Canadian folk group Le Vent du Nord blew into town and performed in venues across the country, Baltimore, Castlebar, Letterkenny, Dublin, Carrick-On-Shannon, Ennis, Tinahely and Sligo. Fiddle player Olivier Demers held workshops in Letterkenny, Ennis and Tinahely.
