"We were delighted to attend the masterclasses in Sligo today, a great experience for the young musicians." - Moira Harkin, Sligo

"Clifden is an amazing town. We have the privilege of getting the Music Network tours which proved us with the best musicians in the world. Last night we heard the magic of a young, internationally awarded cellist, Leonard Elschenbroich, 'one of the most charismatic musicians of his generation.' Truly. With anecdotes about the pieces and his relationship to them, he spun us into the world of solo cello at its finest. Bach, Hindemith, Tavener, Piatti, Lombardi and Kevin Volans. Classical and modern pieces showed his incredible gift, which must have harnessed years of hard work and practice. It was stunning. Thank you Clifden Music Society. And Music Network supported by the Arts Council. Brilliant!" - Robyn Rowland, Clifden

"Attended Leonard Elschenbroich's sensational solo recital in Letterkenny RCC on Friday evening..an unforgettable experience! A beautifully assured performance of Bach, Volans and Tavener on a Matteo Goffriller cello made in 1693. The music was greatly enhanced by personal introductions by the musician, and an excellent slide show accompanied the closing piece. Thank you Leonard and Music Network!" - Seamus McGuire, Donegal
