Music Network Appoints Cathy Stokes as Performance Programmes Manager
Music Network is delighted to announce the appointment of Cathy Stokes as the new Performance Programmes Manager of Music Network.
A native of Dublin, Cathy graduated with a first class honours degree in Music and English from Trinity College Dublin. Since then, Cathy has worked in artist management at the leading international agency Askonas Holt in London where she represented a range of singers and conductors. A keen pianist, she also holds a diploma in piano performance and teaching from the Royal Irish Academy of Music, where she studied with Deirdre Doyle and Hugh Tinney. 
Commenting on the appointment, Sharon Rollston, CEO of Music Network says, “Cathy brings a wealth of experience to the role of Performance Programmes Manager that will complement the skill set of our team. As Performance Programmes Manager, she will have responsibility for the activities of the touring, once-off and international concert programmes. She will also manage artist liaison, artist support schemes and special projects along with building and maintaining relationships with cultural organisations and other stakeholders.” 
Commenting on her appointment, Cathy said, “I am delighted to be joining Music Network and look forward to working with our partner promoters and both Irish and international artists on exciting touring and performance plans for the future. ”
