Zaïde Quartet’s workshops with young Irish musicians

In a remarkably short space of time, Zaïde Quartet has established a formidable reputation as one of Europe’s finest young string quartets, winning a slew of awards and prizes. In October 2015, the French ensemble embarked on a nationwide Irish tour, performing in Dublin, Mullingar, Dun Laoghaire, Clifden, Castleconnell, Carrick-on-Shannon, Waterford, Cork and Birr.

As part of the tour, Zaïde Quartet hosted workshops for young musicians in Cork and Birr. Music Network is committed to connecting tours to music education programmes to give children and young people rich, holistic musical experiences.
