We work with a network of valued partner promoters and music education partnerships throughout Ireland who share our artistic and developmental goals. This partnership approach is designed to develop local capacity to provide musical activity and enhance local music development in the longer-term.

Partner Promoters

Working in partnership with a network of promoters all over Ireland, Music Network delivers music activity on a local level. Read Music Network's Partner Promoter Agreement document here.

Music Education Partnerships

Music Network is committed to connecting tours to music education programmes with the aim of giving children and young people rich, holistic musical experiences. Our subsidiary company, Music Generation, works with and through eleven local music education partnerships throughout the country.

The Ark

In 2011, Music Network and The Ark formed a strategic partnership to create dynamic and engaging music performances made specifically for children. Through developing an audience and demand for quality music created especially for young people, this  partnership also aims to strengthen the musical landscape in this area to create long term development that benefits children, musicians, venues, schools, teachers, parents and future generations.

A national tour of A Most Peculiar Wintry Thing was the first production from the partnership and was a resounding success. Read more

Centre Culturel Irlandais

Music Network recently established a new partnership with the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris, to enable residencies for Irish musicians at the centre, as a gateway to European touring networks. The Centre Culturel Irlandais has announced the recipients of its 2015-16 programme of residencies.  This year sees CCI partnering three Irish arts organisations for the first time, including a music residency in association with Music Network.

The recipient of the music residency in association with Music Network is Rhob Cunningham, who will be supported for a one-month residency to further his performance career.

Centre Culturel Irlandais’ annual residency programme offers great opportunities for artists of all disciplines to tap into the resources of the CCI and Paris, as well as being an important means of showcasing Ireland’s dynamic contemporary culture on an international stage.
