Strategic Plan

Our vision is that live music is central to people’s lives and wellbeing, and to the creation of a culturally rich society. In pursuit of this, we focus on increasing public engagement with live music and on supporting musicians to develop their professional careers at varying stages. Our Strategic Plan is reviewed annually and the version available to download here will be effective until the end of 2025.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy articulates our commitment to key principles of equality, specifically in relation to promoting accessibility and participation for all audience members and musicians, regardless of gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religious belief, age, disability, race, membership of the Traveller community or socio-economic status. Our policy is available to download here and will be reviewed, evaluated and updated at its conclusion, in 2025.

Climate Action Policy

We recognise that we have a role to play in reducing the effects of climate change. We are committed to helping deliver Ireland’s national climate objectives and to leading by example, collaborating with others and advocating for wider change across our sector.

We want to be part of the solution to the climate challenge and commit to working with our staff, board and network of partners to find ways to reduce the environmental impact of our work, and to encourage and promote more sustainable practices across the
music sector in Ireland.

This policy explains our approach to environmental sustainability, our aims and how we will work to achieve these through our Climate Action Plan.
