Music Network is delighted to announce a concert by Syrius Trio on Wednesday 14 April, at 8.00 p.m. at the Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The trio, Elizabeth Cooney (violin) Jane Cords-O'Hara (cello) and Bobby Chen (piano) will perform a programme featuring Haydn, Ravel, and Tchaikovsky. The concert will be preceded by the launch of the trio’s debut CD at 7 pm, Syrius Trio: Salomon Jadassohn Piano Trios Nos. 1 – 3, (Toccata Classics TOCC 0107).

Music Network’s March baroque tour sees prize-winning violinist Ariadne Daskalakis go head-to-head with two of Germany’s foremost early music specialists: Markus Möllenbeck (cello) and Gerald Hambitzer (harpsichord). Daskalakis and Trio Vintage will perform a programme including works by J.S. Bach, Handel, Baltzar, Matteis, Geminiani and Biber that is sure to be “Chamber-music gold” (MusicWeb International).
