Music Network Professional Development Course Now Enrolling - Places Limited

Music Network is currently seeking applications from professional musicians and composers interested in participating in ‘Making Overtures’.
Making Overtures 2010 is Music Network’s intensive, 5-day professional development course aimed at Irish and Ireland-based professional musicians and composers working in all musical genres. The programme focuses on the non-artistic elements of a successful music career, particularly self-promotion and self-management.
The focus on ‘Making Overtures’ is the non-artistic aspects of a successful career in music, specifically self-promotion and self-management. Delivered by Irish and international professionals in a range of areas including media, marketing, finance & taxations as well as local, national and international supports, the course has an interactive and practical pursuit. The course will take place at the Coach House, Dublin Castle from Monday 12 to Friday 16 July, inclusive.
Music Network is also seeking applications from performance or composition postgraduate students for two scholarship places (to the value of €200) to participate in Making Overtures.
