Audience Reaction \

"Privileged to have been in the Jerome Hynes Theatre (National Opera House), Wexford, last night for your ‘maiden voyage’. It was a musical scintillating evening from start to finish with a beautifully crafted mix from all three, individually and collectively. Had I a favorite ? Yes, several highlights but Mairead’s version of ‘The Lark’ (closely followed by Roisin Dubh) was memorable. Thanks guys and thumbs up to Music Network......keep ‘em coming " Senan Lillis, NOH Wexford

"Booked in for Letterkenny tonight week. Maighread's voice is one worth hearing live" Erin Hanzo, RCC Letterkenny

"Fabulous in Whelan's. Want to see them again ❤️ ❤️ ❤️" Paul Ward

"I saw it in Wexford last night. It's not to be missed!" Beverly Sperry, NOH Wexford

"For this tour, we’ve put together what we feel is a great breadth of music – and we’ve thrown in a few surprises! ... Our set list ranges from re-worked traditional tunes, freshly composed material, and of course plenty of songs both from myself and Seamie – so there will be a really nice balance.", Thursday 6th September

Ní Dhomhnaill spoke to The Journal of Music about her plans for the tour. Because she normally sings with her sister Tríona Ní Dhomhnaill – and they have had a ‘very busy year’ and are planning to make a new album soon – she is excited by the new types of arrangements and repertoire with O’Dowd and O’Connor. Among the songs they’ll feature is one by the late singer-songwriter Thom Moore.

"We all sat down at one point and realised we all knew the late Thom Moore in some way or another… so we are going to do one of Thom’s songs – ‘The Train to Sligo’. I remember when Thom wrote that.", Tuesday 4th September
