January 2019: Siobhan Miller and Damien Mullane

05 February 2019

Singer Siobhan Miller and accordion player Damien Mullane facilitated workshops for participants at the Regional Cultural Centre in Letterkenny, the National Opera House in Wexford and at St. John’s Theatre & Arts Centre in Listowel.

"Thanks to Music Network we had super workshops with a wonderful musician, Damien Mullan, and an exceptional singer, Siobhan Miller. These workshops make a significant impact on the development of our local musicians and singers, who can only gain from being exposed to such talent. The workshops offer an experience which is often inspirational and occasionally life-changing.” John McIvor, Donegal Music Education Partnership

"Music Network workshops broaden the musical experience of all of our musicians and singers." Áine Kennedy, Danescastle Music Group

"The singing workshop was a great experience, we had lots of fun and after a long day at school it lifted my mood. I have a lot more confidence in singing thanks to this wonderful workshop" Participant, Wexford

"The exchanging of culture, tunes, methods and knowledge by the tutors to the students was fantastic. We had difficulty getting the students to leave as they loved the workshops... Thank You Damian Mullane, Siobhan Miller and Music Network." Sharon Moriarty, Listowel CCÉ (local coordinator)
