Noel Burke Bows Ltd.

Noel Burke makes bows for violin, viola and cello in strict accordance with French style and method.

His career began in 1989 as apprentice to Charles Espey in Seattle, Washington and later to Stéphane Thomachot in Paris. His work has been awarded gold medals at international competitions of the Violin Society of America in 1994 and 1996, the RNCM Strad Cello Festival in 1998 and the Concours Internationaux de la Ville de Paris in 1999. He has been honoured to serve as jury member on several occasions.

Clients include Nicola Benedetti, Alina Ibragimova, Leonidas Kavakos, Lawrence Power and Frans Helmerson.
