The Boherbuoy Brass and Reed are celebrating their 175th Anniversay this year & is the oldest Brass & Reed Band in Limerick.

Our activities include competing in National competitions & give street recitals & concerts throughout the year.
We lead the St Patrick's Day parade on March 17th in the city & parade in towns over the St Patrick's Day Festivities.
The age bracket in the band is from 18yrs - 70yrs.

Certain instruments are available i.e clarinets, cornets, flutes, saxaphones & we also hire our large range of percussion instruments to visiting overseas bands & orchestras.We also hire our bandhall to other organisations.
