FamiliBase is a centre for children, young people and families based in Ballyfermot. It provides a continuum of care across three strands: Early Years, Youth & Community Supports, Child & Parent Supports. Across these strands FamiliBase runs various programmes including Youth Work Programmes, Substance Misuse Programme, Arts Programme, Child Welfare Programme, Teen Parent Support Program and Parenting Programmes. Within one family a child could be accessing a place in Early Years while another child in the family accessed youth supports and the entire family receiving family support from the Child & Parent Strand all under one roof. Whilst many of Familibase's programmes are open to all of the community, some have certain criteria for referral.
