Music Generation Offaly Westmeath is a music education service for children and young people aged 0-18 across Offaly and Westmeath. It is part of Music Generation - Ireland's National Music Education Programme, initiated by Music Network, funded by U2, The Ireland Funds, The Department of Education and Skills, and Local Music Education Partnerships.

Music Generation Offaly Westmeath is managed by Offaly Westmeath Music Education Partnership, led by Offaly County Council, in partnership with Westmeath County Council, Longford Westmeath Education and Training Board, and Laois Offaly Education and Training Board.Instrument provision is currently available only to participating schools, community groups and ensembles with a full compliment of instruments for their programme as required.
