Triskel does not have any parking. The pedestrian entrance for Q-Park on Grand Parade is approx 220m from Triskel. Q-Park offers a discount to Triskel customers. 50 Grand Parade Parking/Park It (this car park has entrances/exits on South Main Street and Grand Parade) is approx 280m from Triskel.

Disabled Parking


There are several accessible parking spaces on South Main Street (approx 130m from Triskel) and several public car parks nearby. This interactive map shows where disabled bays are located throughout the city.

How do I get to Triskel Arts Centre using Public Transport?

There are several bus stops near Triskel, with the nearest on South Main Street. Please note there are several bus stops on Grand Parade near the City Library.

Is Triskel Arts Centre accessible?

Wheelchair users

  • Access is via our main entrance on Tobin Street
  • There is a lift from the Box Office/foyer area on the ground floor to the main floor of Triskel Christchurch
  • Once through the main door of Triskel Christchurch, there is a ramp to your left that takes you to the main seating area
  • The entire central aisle is available to wheelchair users
  • When booking your ticket(s), we advise booking an aisle seat in any row (or an aisle seat and the one adjacent if coming with a friend/carer)
  • You can place your chair alongside that row and enjoy the show
  • There is a ramp to access Triskel Sample Project Space (aka Triskel Gallery Space) – the narrowest part of the ramp is 74cm wide



Accessible toilets

  • We have two accessible toilets, one in the Box Office/foyer area on the ground floor, the other on the first floor (same floor as the main floor of Triskel Christchurch)
  • The accessible toilet on the ground floor contains a baby changing table
  • The accessible toilets are usuable by any gender

  • There are approx 25 steps from Box Office to the lift. There are approx 45 steps from the lift to the pew seating, taking the ramp.
  • There are approx 80 steps from Box Office to the pew seating, taking the stairs.
