Music Network presents awe-inspiring Americana from 10 String Symphony, an acclaimed duo featuring songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rachel Baiman (fiddle, banjo, vocals) and Grammy-nominated fiddle player Christian Sedelmyer (fiddle, vocals).
Presented in collaboration with nine of Music Network’s nationwide partners, the 10 String Symphony digital ‘tour’ will be available to watch from 26 May – 11 June. Filmed in the Station Inn, a venue known for being one of the best bluegrass hubs in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, Irish audiences can enjoy 10 String Symphony’s powerful yet intimate performance while experiencing a touch of Nashville magic from their own homes.

Named for their unique instrumentation of two five string fiddles alternated with a five string banjo, 10 String Symphony’s musicianship engages with life, art, nature, and global challenges in ways that are variously warm, humorous and thought-provoking. Although they are just two in number, their sound and impact is massively amplified by their bright and brilliant use of technology and clever arrangements.
